Obituary of James C. Bauer

James C. (Jim) Bauer, 43, of New York, beloved son of David and Cecile Ramier Bauer of Lucinda, died August 25, 2011. He was born August 12, 1968 in Eden, NY. In addition to his parents, he is survived by two sons, Jonathan and Bryan Bauer of Collins, NY. He will also be greatly missed by his other nine older siblings: David Bauer, Jr. and his wife, Bonnie; Mary Catherine Bauer and Russell Bauer all of Western New York, Barbara Chavez and her husband, Henry, and Jean Caraotta of California; Rose Mary Bauer of Angola, NY; Jason Bauer of Arizona; Thomas Bauer and his wife, Lynette of California and Michael Bauer and his wife, Dawn of Eden, New York, where all the Bauer siblings were born and raised. He is also survived by 15 nieces and nephews, and 13 great nieces and nephews. Jim was a loving father, son, uncle and friend to all he met. He had a big loving heart that reached out to many, many people. He will be sadly missed by family and friends. Friends and family will be received from 9:30 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 6, 2011 at St. Mary Church in Crown. A Memorial Funeral Mass will be celebrated, following visitation, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Mary Church in Crown with Rev. Gregory Passauer, pastor as celebrant. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. All are welcome.
