Auston C. (Spike) Dando, of Marienville, 1 year old son of Mark H. Dando of Marienville and Victoria L. Flynn Dando of Brookville, died suddenly Monday, January 17, 2011 at Brookville Hospital. Auston was born on January 2, 2010 as the New Years Baby at Clarion Hospital.
In addition to his parents, Auston is survived by 2 sisters and 3 brothers: Alexandra P. Dando, Andrew H. Dando and Sebastian L. Ball, all of Butler and Theresa A. Dando and Mark R. Dando, both of Marienville. He is also survived by his paternal grandparents, Terry and Arlene Dando of Marienville and his maternal grandparents, Earl and Rosie Flynn of Portage, PA.
Friends and family may call from 3 p.m. - 7 p.m. on Wednesday, January 19, 2010 and from 10 a.m. - 11 a.m. on Thursday, January 20, 2010 at the Borland Funeral Home, Inc. in Leeper. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday at the funeral home, with Rev. Donald Jeffers, of Hammers Street Church of God in Portage, PA, officiating. Interment will follow in the Scotch Hill Cemetery.
