Dear family,
I am sorry for your loss. Aunt Phyllis was a "serious" card player! I remember enjoying watching her and the other sisters play cards while I served them refreshments when I was a teen [a million years ago!]. I saw Phyllis at the reunion last year, and at Walmart in Clarion. She was sweet and gave us a hug. She was with Steve and Toots that day. Mom [Jean] is losing her memory, but repeatedly told me how beautiful Phyllis' picture is. I am sad for your loss, and pray you will remember how lucky you were to have her on this Earth for over 80 years. . . Sincerely, Karen Heinrich

We will remember the fun times at the Auxiliary meetings and Barbeques and her Angel Food cakes. She was a very pleasant person to be around. Rest in Peace dear friend.

How shocked I am to see that our dear "Bertha" has left us. I always joked with her and called her Bertha because she hated that name, but she knew she would get it every time she saw me. She would hold her cane up to me, and we would laugh, how I enjoyed her over the many years that I have known her.
You all have my condolences and I'm sure there will be a huge empty chair at those card gatherings.
She always came with you, Dave, when you brought me water and how I admired her for that, she was always by your side.
Rest in Peace, my dear Phyllis. I don't want to make her mad at me now, because I will meet her someday. :)
With love to you all
Mary Ann
