Louise M. Frederick, 86, of Tylersburg, died Friday morning, June 11, 2010, at Golden Living Center in Shippenville. Born February 3, 1924 in Fryburg, she was the daughter of Henry F. and Isadora Lamar Niederriter.
Mrs. Frederick was a member of St. Mary Church in Crown and the St. Mary's Ladies Guild. She enjoyed bingo, sewing, spending time with her family and playing cards with her children and grandchildren.
She married Donald C. Frederick on February 14, 1942 and he survives.
Mrs. Frederick is survived by 3 sons and 3 daughters: Clyde (Gene) Frederick and his wife, Ruth of Lickingville; Don Frederick, Jr. and his wife, Carol of Tionesta; Richard Frederick and his wife, Cathy of Tylersburg; Donna Rathfon and her husband, Stan of Tylersburg; Darlene Flick and her husband, Ken of Leeper and Shirley Wolbert and her husband, Gene of Fairchance, PA. She is survived by a daughter-in-law, Linda Frederick of Tylersburg. She is survived by one sister, Mary Aichinger of Buffalo, NY. She is also survived by 24 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and 1 great, great grandchild.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Frederick was preceded in death by a son, William Frederick; 2 sisters, Agnes Hulings and Betty Humphrey; and 5 brothers, Henry, Jr., Joseph, William, Sebastian and Aloysius Niederriter.
Friends and family may call from 2 - 4 & 7 - 9 on Monday, June 14 at the Borland Funeral Home, Inc. in Leeper. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, June 15, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Mary Church in Crown with Rev. Gregory Passauer, pastor, as celebrant. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
The family suggests memorials can be made to Farmington Area Ambulance Service, Farmington Township Volunteer Fire Department or Clarion -Forest VNA Hospice Program.
