Obituary of Francis E. Bellotti

Francis E. Bellotti, 77, of Leeper, PA, died Friday morning, at Warren General Hospital. Born July 3, 1932, at Brandy Camp, PA, he was the son of Carlo and Lena Antonelli Bellotti. He was married to the former Shirley J. Erhard on June 25, 1955 at Holy Cross Catholic Church in Brandy Camp and she preceded him in death on March 7, 2000. Mr. Bellotti served in the U.S. Army. He graduated from Lock Haven College and taught at North Clarion High School. He then pursued a career in trucking, which continued until his death. He was a member of St. Mary Church in Crown. He liked gardening and spending time outdoors. He enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren and his great grandchildren were the apple of his eye. Mr. Bellotti is survived by 1 daughter and 2 sons: Deborah Cyphert, Francis R. (Randy) Bellotti and his wife, JoAnn and Gregory Bellotti, all of Leeper. He is survived by a sister, Eleanor Martini and her husband, Mario of St. Marys, Pa and 2 brothers, Carl Bellotti and his wife, Darlene of Beaumont, Texas and Ray Bellotti and his wife, Rose of Kersey. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren. In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by one brother, Elic Bellotti. There will be no public viewing. Friends and family will be received at St. Mary Church in Crown from 9:30 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. on Friday, June 18. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, June 18 at St. Mary Church in Crown, with Rev. Gregory Passauer, pastor, as celebrant. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
